Seeda Thai

I was in the neighborhood and wanted a nice sit-down restaurant. I had the som tum salad with their grilled chicken . However, I asked the server 2x if the chicken was grilled or fried . It looked fried . However, it was extremely, very, very hard to chew because it was so dry . The papaya salad itself was absolutely delicious . Perfect amount of spices and lime juice and great sticky rice served in a cute bamboo container . I love the green bean addition to the salad . The owner was very sweet and attentive . I will absolutely try this restaurant again. Perhaps something that is not grilled . I have attached pictures of my meal.

Salad was humongous. Everything was delicious. The hit to the stars was based on our waitress. She was ok but not really pleasant. I wanted to take something to go but missed the kitchen by 10 minutes. They were still bringing food out to other patrons and I felt they could've been a little more flexible in this area.

Guys, just discovered the most AUTHENTIC Thai cuisine in Valley Stream area ， absolutely a hidden gem The moment you walk-in, the luxurious feast is starting now. Let’s start with UNIQUE chicken dumplings curry puff fried platters…always the BEST starters. Just truly enjoy Seeda, always delivery AMAZING dinning experience, so many must-try dishes at Seeda. The Pad Thai, Curry Duck, Fried Fish, were perfectly seasoned with rich & flavorful. Just can’t say enough about my GEM SPOT. Wait, the Cocktails OMG, they are colorful, creative & refreshing. Especially the lychee & strawberry, catching my eye, just made the meal to the next level.

I was looking for Thai Food close to the location I was in, I googled the restaurant and stopped by and ordered Drunken Noodles W/(chicken) I was impressed with how well it was prepared and the food was delicious and when I say I ask for spicy it had the perfect level of spice. I highly recommend you stop in and try this place out for yourself. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to upload a picture, I ate it so fast there wasn’t even a single thought of a picture, that’s how good the food is I was enjoying every single bite. Don’t take my word for it stop by and thank me later. Shout out to the staff for being so kind and polite.

Great place, great food, great experience. Service and atmosphere are very good.. and it wasn't too busy or overwhelming. The food was done right. Highly recommended. Manager is super awesome

We have eaten inside although tonight was as takeout. We have had Thai from many different restaurants and this by far was the freshest, tastiest Thai food. We had fried calimari, Thai spring rolls, masaman curry, green curry and panang curry, drunken noodles and Thai iced tea. You save by paying cash. I highly recommend this authentic place. My pickier eaters in the house said it was excellent!
